By Client: You may terminate a project at any time with written notice. You remain responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. By Us: We may terminate if: • Payment is significantly overdue • You breach material terms of our agreement • Continuation would be unlawful Effect of Termination: Upon termination, you will receive all completed work for which payment has been made. Work-in-progress may be delivered at our discretion upon payment.

In the event of any dispute: 1. Good Faith Negotiation: We will first attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation 2. Mediation: If negotiation fails, we agree to attempt mediation before litigation 3. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh 4.
